This top handle features replaceable anti-slip silicone pad for different hand sizes. The bottom knob does not interfere with your middle finger knuckle for a comfortable grip. It enables easy low-angle shooting and reduces arm strain.

Supports NATO rail & 3/8" screw mounting

Rotate the bottom knob to switch freely between 3/8" and NATO rail installation. Compatible with any camera cage with two 1/4" threaded holes. Easy to install and remove, widely fits various cages.
